Miley Cyrus’s <\/a>alleged stalker was arrested after turning up at the singer’s home to give her a stuffed animal toy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexander Karddalian, 52, was picked up by police in Los Angeles on Friday morning after her security team raised the alarm at around 1am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyrus was given a court order against him last September <\/a>after she explained he had come to her home only days after being released from prison and sent her a series of letters and asked her for money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It comes as singer <\/a>enjoys record-breaking success with her song Fowers spending 37 weeks at at the number one spot on the Adult Contemporary Chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The song also received three nominations for the upcoming 66th Grammy <\/a>Awards for Best Pop Solo Performance, Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Flowers has also been a huge hit in the UK <\/a>where it was number one for 10 weeks and the best-selling single of the year, based on combined streaming and sales figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyrus, the daughter of chart-topping country star Billy Ray Cyrus, first hit the headlines as a child star playing the title role in teen drama Hannah Montana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She scored her first chart hits under that name before developing her music from teen pop to a more mature R ‘n’ B style that kept her in the charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
